Hyatt Regency Merida's conference and banqueting facilities include the Regency Grand Ballroom, which can be divided into four sections and can accommodate up to 500 persons in a banquet setting or 650 theatre style. Ten comfortable meeting rooms include two executive boardrooms with a capacity of 8 to 40 persons. All of these meeting rooms have individually controlled lighting and air conditioning and high-speed Internet access. Audio-visual equipment, featuring the latest in technology, is available upon request.
